We all need a cheerleader from time to time. But cheering for ourselves can be awkward! This week, I encourage you to seek out someone – friend, relative, spouse – who always cheers for you and finds the good in you and your homeschool. Talk to them, let them cheer you on (and cheer you up if needed). Thank them for their love and support. Then, with your own bucket full, pay that encouragement forward by offering some cheer of your own to a homeschool friend, a relative, or your spouse.

Homeschooling is wonderful and rewarding … and hard … and even lonely at times. BUT, you do not need to homeschool alone. Seek out those who cheer you on and remember to cheer others on, too. If you are new to homeschooling and don’t have a cheerleader in your life right now, I am always available through Homeschool Sunshine Coaching.
